Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Orders will be processed only after payment has been successfully confirmed.
As of January 18, 2026, payment by credit and debit cards are the only methods applicable when purchasing.
■ Processing Time
Ready-made designs: 2–5 business days
Custom or highly detailed designs: 5–10 business days
Processing time does not include shipping time.
■ Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
The item arrives damaged
The item received differs from the order
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, including clear photographs of the issue.
