All items sold in this shop are handmade clay pendants. Each piece is individually crafted, and therefore slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.

Please note that custom or personalized items (including names, zodiac signs, or color requests) cannot be canceled once production has begun.

■ Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

• Orders will be processed only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

■ Processing Time

• Ready-made designs: 2–5 business days

• Custom or highly detailed designs: 5–10 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time.

■ Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The item arrives damaged

• The item received differs from the order

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, including clear photographs of the issue.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Minor handmade variations

【Domestic Shipping (Japan)】

• Economy shipping (no tracking): ¥200–¥300

• Tracked shipping: ¥350–¥600

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after shipment.

【International Shipping】

• Standard shipping (no tracking): ¥900–¥1,200

• Tracked shipping: ¥1,300–¥1,800

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Please note:

• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

■ Lost or Delayed Packages

• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs procedures.

• For untracked shipping, lost packages cannot be refunded or replaced.

• Tracked shipping is strongly recommended, especially for international orders.
